The "Harbor Light" painting depicts the “Head Harbour Lighthouse” overlooking the Bay of Fundy in New Brunswick, Canada. The 51 ft. wooden octagonal lighthouse also known to many locals as the “East Quoddy Lighthouse” was built in 1829 on the northern head of Campobello Island.
The island is also known as the summer home of Franklin D. Roosevelt where he summered as a child stricken with polio.
